Bruce Arthur 02/21/2011 1:02:50 pm What kind on wind resistance is present in a 31' by 26" panel afixed atop of a 66"pole? In sailing conditions of 25 knts with rouge seas it would seem that the stresses and buffeting this unit would take would be significant. Tom Trimmer 02/21/2011 10:52:40 pm Wind resistance is a worthy concern. Our experience with a panel larger that the one you mention is that wind resistance is not a major issue. The panel is usually tilted so the wind does not strike the the panel with the force it would have if the panel were vertical and perpendicular to the wind. 02/28/2011 11:03:25 pm We live, in fact, in a world starved for solitude, silence, and private: and therefore starved for meditation and true friendship.
